Step off the mental treadmill to take in the moment and be fully present to the joy and good in your life. This attracts more good in your life. Focusing on ONE good thing allows you to attract MORE good things.

Sometimes it's narrowing your perspective and focusing on ONE good thing to expand your perspective of EVERYTHING.

Intention for the week: What's you small or big joy that brings you back to the JOY in your life? Focus on that and let that guide you throughout your week.
