This week’s intention is to bring more awareness to your thoughts and belief patterns through a technique I teach in my soul school course often used in therapy called name it, tame it, claim it.

By identifying your challenges, emotions or faults, then claiming ownership and taking responsibility for them, you can tame them by learning to live with, overcome or transform them.

I believe you have a light within you but it gets covered up by life, by past events and conditioning.

We continue to relive our past through our conditioned thoughts and beliefs.

In today's episode, the intention is to break your habits and really create change by consciously digging yourself out from your imprisoned mind and habits.

Awareness is your shovel.
